As a former photojournalist, I see the cultural value to the rite of passage that is the wedding. The union of individuals speaks to the state of not only those being wedded but also to the state of our times. The wedding is where the beauty of the culture, tradition, and personality come together.
About My Style
My approach to wedding photography is documentary-style. What exactly does that mean? Yes, it means more candid photographs; yes, it means fewer posed images; but it means more than that. Documentary-style means capturing photos of people experience true-to-life moments. It's about photographing the everyday nature of a relationship between people. I choose to focus on and deliver the pictures where you are actively engaged with each other and not the camera because that is what the day is all about.
